Interesting the CUU has set up at least 2 wholly-owned subsidiaries to own its Arizona properties. I knew they were considering it, but haven't seen it confirmed before now. Makes it easier to spin each property off to a potential suitor in the future. I still say management is way ahead of us in terms of where we are going.
