So if Teck decides to back in for 75% but decides that they don't want to pay CUU their asking price. They decide instead they can meet the obligations of the contract.

CUU can then keep drilling on their 100% owned claims. Any deposits they find they can then sell to whoever they like. So Teck is surrounded by minerals they have to pay maximum price for. Or not get at all.

Is it not worth paying a healthy premium now to avoid this scenario?
