I have been away all weekend and catching up on the posts tonight, I've been thinking about that scenario all along. The option agreement allows cuu to control where the spending goes,until teck has fulfilled it's obligation to spend 4x expenditures. But what about 4 yr clause do we control where to spend until that is satisfied, because I don't think they earn their 75% interest until they fulfill that part as well.
