I think some of the statements Elmer is making are very telling.

"if it goes forward, and we believe it will"
It sounds as though Elmer is quite confident that this is going forward to become a mine.

I also liked, "someone is goiong to be here for a very long time"

There are a lot of positive points to take away from this conference call and am glad that Teck will be on the clock by early January.
