He said Teck will have to make a decision end of April.

Doesn't sound like there's any doubt that Teck is formally going to have the BFS delivered at the very beginning of January.

I'm not really concerned about the price of the stock today. It's not a true reflection of the value of this company, and things are moving forward. The fact that we have the information available to us now and we have some concrete dates to count on moving forward is the best early Christmas present I could have asked for.
