I'm a bit bothered by Elmer's take on Paragrapg 15 of the Salazar agreement

The common sense answer of course if that there will be no actual need for the Joint Venture prior to the Teck back in

However, I would hope that he would realize that the contractual language, agreed to by Teck provides for action on their part to draft the JV within 60 days of the FS

Seems to me that is just another bit of pressure that could be applied if Teck is considering their options during the full 120 days...
