In theory it gives us an idea of what the option will be. I think the idea is that there will be no delay after the option is made. The reason for my bringing this up was. 120 days to elect followed by 60 days to JV is 180 days max? But that's not the way the contract reads. If you take it literal then they are indicating the option but not commited to it until election.
