Many state that teck will buy us out before the BFS because they dont want to give over Laird shares. However, does this really matter....I mean, if they plan to buy us out completely in a month or two wont they simply receive those shares back? If my logic is correct, then Im not sure you can use this as a reason for the buyout happening pre-BFS.
