Elmer didnt really want to discuss this as it would be a hit below the belt if Teck for someone reason screwed Elmer over they could use that clause in a legal battle... But it seemed like Elmer wanted to stay respectful towards Teck and not insinuate that he will get dirty with teck since Teck has been working very well with us. Elmer didnt even want to give court or legal scenerios as its not in his taste.
