Another point on this thread, is the nagging possibilility that Teck would take control of the project, and then put it on the backburner. That would, of course, be devastating to us.

That's where the advantage of the 4 year clause will play out. We may not insist on a 'literal' 4 years if Teck chooses to launch this project immediately, with us as a partner, but that clause certainly would not allow Teck to put this project off for future development.

Given that, I still see it as a huge advantage to us and it does put more pressure on Teck to buy us out - gives them a lot more flexibility.
