I know Elmer said no one is blacked out at CUU after closing yesterday. My guess is, negotiations with Teck must be over (signed and sealed, fully settled) because if negotiations are still ongoing, which is the most critical information IMO for CUU, it would be considered inside information and they should still be on blackout. Opinions anyone?
