Agree with what you say. This makes it even more important that management not accept a lowball offer if for some inexplicable reason Teck decides to play hardball. Im havimg a very difficult time wrapping my mind around all the disappointment apparent since the BFS was released. What did everyone expect? I knew Elmer was going to put out a bullet proof BFS. There is really nothing new or different with the deposit. The biggest question was always, "can
we come up with a BFS that Teck cannot challenge?" Now the biggest queston is, "will Teck buy out just the area covered by the BFS and propose a JV for the rest, or will they try to buy out the whole area?" If the former, we will get less now, but much more within the next couple of years; if the latter, we will get more now but less in total.
