I agree to an extent. Majority of people were unhappy with the BFS upon first read. Most had to read the NR several times, and other posters messages to understand what was behind the BFS.
I think this could have been more clearly stated in the NR of the BFS. If this information was communicated through the NR better opposed to the through interpretations given by people on the board, we might not have seen as much bleeding.
The NR doesn't give a clear indication of the value of of SC or the company as a whole. There was too many reading inbetween the lines, and putting peices together. I do think there should be some level of that for investors to do, but managements job is to make it as easy to do as possible.
That said, it doesn't change the actual value of SC or CUU and those parties interested in acquiring the properties would realize this (namely Teck). We'll all still realize a pretty solid gain afer everything is said and done, and if it's close to our previous predictions depends on how much value is given to our inferred, how the rest of our resource is valued that wasn't incorporated into the BFS and how much our unexplored lands are solid for. 3 major categories that are still, more or less, unknown. Still a lot of upside.
