What would the news of TCK taking us to court do to our SP? It's huge if we win, but it's also huge if we lose.

How about CUU taking Teck to court...And first of all that would be done down the road (the 4th year) We won't even be around. if anything teh fight will be between the Major we sell our 25% to against Teck.
