If Teck has objections to the 4 year clause they should of tried getting out of it quite awhile ago.

They had and have options to this clause. I don't see how they could ask for mercy at this stage in the game.

Not that I think it matters. Both CUU and Teck are going to want an agreement that benefit both parties.
