IF for some reason Teck and CUU could not agree on terms ( Unlikely). Teck is still required to declare their earn in percentage within 120 days? Correct?

I agree if Teck wants in they will buy us outright.

On another note,

Once teck takes out CUU, they will at a later date have a Nice NR for their shareholders on SC.

With a little more spending and optimization the BFS could be dressed up to look pretty hot...
