There is a meeting at 3pm at the White House today with Obama and Congress leaders, hopefully some positive news develops. Would the Fiscal Cliff affect cuu? Even if the U.S goes over the "fiscal cliff" after December 31st, I am sure the new congress would find a solution pretty fast for minimal impact on their economy.
