Operating Costs

At first glance it appeared that the operating costs went from $12.49 / tonne in the PFS to $13.33 / tonne in the BFS. This is not the case though. The PFS included "Concentrate Handling and Treatment" charges which are not typically included as an operating cost. Without these costs, the operating costs were actually $9.01 / tonne. So to compare apples to apples:

PFS Operating Costs = $9.01 / tonne

BFS Operating Costs = $13.33 / tonne

This makes it more obvious why the net present value of the PFS was not realized.
