Exactly Meta - I'm with you on this one.

The official document, whether it's 5000 or 6000 pages, should go to Teck asap now that it is finally completed - so that the clock gets started as Elmer & Co. (and especially all retail share holders) wanted. The condensed version can follow up anytime later.

I really don't see where the hold or delay is with this - we seem to keep stretching this start time out which pushes the 120 day period further and further away. Lets get going on this please.
