I agree Vette. I also think it would be imprudent for the first offer to be a low-ball, stink bid. After all, we can just respond by allowing Teck to carry us to production and we enjoy decades of revenue to come.

To be honest, I am a little warm to that idea of us not being bought out and retaining our 25%. It's kind of like having a rental property. Once you've paid the mortage and done your repairs, you can sit back and collect those delicious rental cheques every single month, year after year. We should be so lucky if we are able to retain our portion but I do surely think we will be bought out.
