For me Enesto is the Super Insider ;-) and if you hear the Conference call, listen carefully what Elmer said in the beginning. He mention that the work is done and if Teck not wants than other parties....

In my Head is spinning some questions....

1. Why they bring out the BFS before Christmas, why not making Holidays and enjoy life?

2. Does Enesto wants to push Teck and how is the relation between Enesto and the person(s) who makes the decision for Teck? Did they have already a meeting and speak about a Buyout price? What is if Tecks wants all for 2 and Enesto wants to have 15?

I believe Teck will not react until they have to react, this is my feeling at the moment.

Not misunderstand, I'm a long time Shareholder (more than 1,5 Years) here to and enjoy Vettes and others comments.
