First glance it looks like this is an amendment purely for the access road usage, not the original EA which is still ongoing. Linked into the previous Galore Creek EA. From the pdf document:

"Specifically, the TEA Appendix captures the elements of the assessment related to the road transportation corridor south of the Galore Creek Road and Highway 37 junction to Kitwanga and Highway 37A to Stewart, capturing the full EA assessment for that road transportation corridor"

On a positive note it looks like all bases are still being covered and EA application amended to suit modified mining planning, perhaps a spin off from the BFS. Purely IMO.
