Thanks for the comments WEB. It has been my understanding that Elmer is trying to get this potential included in the buyout price. Logically, if he doesnt get as much as he would like for the potential, he would probably prefer an ongoing JV with Teck for the undriled deposits. If Teck looks at these undrilled deposits as 95% certain to be there, they would probably be willing to pay enough to satisfy Elmer, EE and the boys and not believe that they are going into the exploration business,(which they do not want to do according to what they have told Elmer in the past). On the other hand, if they arent so convinced, your idea might be best for everyone. Either way, the starter pit is just the tip of the iceberg. Just wish we had a better idea of how big the iceberg really is and how big Elmer and Teck believe it is. Rip
