I agree Liddy, but not all on this board would have been willing to wait for an improved RE, and delaying the BFS by another 6 months or more. I have no idea of what was or may be going on behind the scenes, so I guess I have to just keep my fingers crossed for the best and wait. Don't get me wrong. I want the best price like the next guy. Afterall I am in the "hole" right now by 20% myself. I added more on Monday, so you know how I feel about CUU.
