Since the shares are trading around $0.85 range, basically the 1 M @ $0.78 and the 200 K @ $0.85 are in the money. Only the 635 K @ $0.97 is not in the money, for now.

I would think the 1.2 M options would likely be exercised; if there is any confidence at all that future sp would be significantly higher. I don't see any point in selling existing shares to acquire these option as the price difference is only 7 cents max. There should not be insider selling for the purpose of acquiring these option shares. JMO
