I use TD Waterhouse and INK is not yet showing an insider buy. Last listed transaction was Oct. 31st.

TMX money flags buying and selling, but to see them on candian insider you must leave insiders a bit of time to file on sedar. Some do it right away other wait a couple days.

Once it's filed on sedar you can see it on canadian insider the next day.
