Thank you for your enquiry about the Schaft Creek project. I will provide my comments to the respective points as enumerated by you below.

1) In the conference call recording Elmer talks about CUU being allowed to use the first 65 km of NOVA Copper/Teck Resources' road as access.
Is there any costs associated with this agreement?

Mike: Basically the infrastructure of bridges and roadway yet to be completed on the portion of common roadway expected to be used by both companies would be the Copper Fox investment and is included in the Feasibility Study Capex.


2) Elmer also mentioned that Teck had a few comments to the BFS.
Can you clarify what these were?

Mike: They were of an editing nature.


3) The BSF has put 200 Mill aside for the power supply - but CUU are still in negotiations with them - right??!!
Where exactly does this number come from and how close are we to "seal the deal" with them?

Mike: Yes we are still in the process of completing the necessary forms and funding the necessary studies they need to complete. We are told we are third in the queue.
