I am certainly happy that Elmer, the Board and EE will be negotiating this deal, rather than the "realists" on this board. Somehow, I doubt if they are going to be receptive to the idea of giving away a mining district, in order to be "fair" to Teck based on a BFS of a starter pit for one small section of a mining district. Nothing against Teck, but there are better charities out there. Rip
