We might not need to do all this. What if there has been talks between ES and Tecks CEO and EE regarding a buy-out for the past year? They had all the information they needed to make the call on a buy-out. Maybe ES and EE are still Blacked Out. Are they allowed to say? Wouldn't this be a dead giveaway?
