First thing I would do is...fire Jason Shepard.

The BFS has now been out for 2 weeks...the corporate brochure (per the website) has not yet been updated. Did he not know this was coming? (...after all, it's only been 2 years).

I am on the Copper fox "e-mail" distribution list. I received an invitation to the Chirstmas Eve conference call at 7:40 a.m. (PST)...too bad it had already started 40 minutes earlier! (Yes, I know I can listen to an archived version, but that's not the point).
