So by you putting that kind of money on the house, the whole value goes up, including mine (using your money). So why would you allow that? Wouldn't you make me an offer for the house before you start spending your own money on the house ? Vette

.....and that is exactly why we will be taken out prior to any back-in....as back-in will give instant credibility to our property and make our 25% of the house VERY attractive under the renovation scenario about to take place....
