I disagree. They have had most of the info that is required to start the valuation process a while ago. They could already have an informal offer ready for proposal to ES and EE. It might need to be negociated if it's too low, but they have a very good idea of the value. They don't need to "get" the BFS, I'm pretty sure they have a ruff draft of the important stuff, maybe not all the tiny details, but with so many engineers involved and with theu cuu/teck relationship, ES would not have left Teck in the cold to wait for the document. Besides, ES has not purchased shares in a long time. Yes, he could be out of money, but could it be that there's another reason?
