At this point if cash is not needed for CUU, the insiders may as well just starting buying a bit at these prices on the market. We may not see management buying anything at this point ... even if the blackout is officially over, they may want to steer clear of any perceived advantage. No doubt that management has more info than the rest of us, some idea of majors who have approached them over the years, thoughts from Merit and others on what we might be worth, etc.
Wouldn't be surprised to see directors buying at this point (presuming they like the present price and think we've hit bottom) but not management. I guess the options could always be extended further however too ... we'll see, it's happened before.
