I would think Teck would require the 5000 page document to show its BOD all the data. This is a huge acquisition and I don't think condensed version would say it all as thoroughly. We spent millions on the BFS with many eyes reviewing it. I think short version is to summarize data for SEDAR's electronic format and data storage space. IMO
