Great post....but that is the thought Im trying to get across...you did a much better job of it than me.

From listening to Elmer from teh past....telephone conversations and the teleconfrence....sure seems to me that the BFS needed to get out A.S.A.P. to get the clock rolling....enough time had past....to drill more holes this past summer would have delayed the BFS yet further. So just make a Possitive.....like I said just possitive to ensure Teck must except it.

Teck then has a max of 120 days to decide.....they have been here and received portions of the BFS when CUU released it to them...they know whats going on....they have had drill results just like everyone else when CUU released them. Teck is not stupid...they can deside...heck ...cuu even put Jim Gray on the task of getting the BFS completed.

Before we ( cuu ) had one shot to get this right....Now Teck has only one shot for a offer. If we don`t like the number than we can start excepting offers from other company`s...start a bidding war...while we re-adjust the numbers to the BFS ( maybe ) to make the BFS look better...OR may I say more possitve.
