Don't worry they are worried about share price. Look at the amount held by insiders other then David and Ernesto. They are all getting beaten up on paper just like we are.

The market is scared and tends to sell. Admit it, when the price drops you feel the urge to just get out.

Just have to wait it out and see what Schaft is worth. I think it is worth a whole lot more then 320 million dollars which is about the value the market is putting on it right now.
