I wouldn't be inclined to short CUU in the .70s. That actually could be beneficial to the share price in the near future.

One strong upleg and those shorts will cover. The stock right now can be moved by a few thousand shares. 135000 sold in the last spiral and now the price seems to be stabilizing back towards the .80 level.

I have to say I was hoping today someone would put money on the table not take money off. Oh well.
