In my opinion the BFS has been setting on Tecks desk for some tome.I'm of the opinion that we will wait until Teck and/or CUU decides they are ready to make it official. At this time they are probable still negotiating how they want to play this out, as in getting a partner signed on. We will sit until they decide to make it official. And probably (judging by the track record) it will be after some of us will be long gone. JMO :)
