I enjoy solving cryptic crosswords but, sorry webs, I'm stumped with this one.

(Edit: just saw your 'Tomorrow?' post. Makes more sense now.)

On the plus side, small insider buys are now being made as frequently as they were when I first started noticing them while checking other stocks, almost three years ago. It would be even better if someone other than David MacDonald was buying but we'll have to wait and see who it is.
