Above when discussing how CUU can always reoptimize SC (worst case scenario) I was assuming Teck does not back-in or enters some new JV agreement that requires CUU to do more work (perhaps for some cash and mgmt expertise).

I guess this assumption stems from my ignorance around the option agreement with Teck. I have read the document but do not understand if Teck excercises its back in right for 75% do they have to spend the full ~$360M? Or could they, for instance, spend $50M and then back out a year later?
