I believe if you isolate the companies that are gated through feasibility to construction or permitting on the table imbedded you find that Schaft Creek is actually middle of the road or better NPV and IRR etc. Also you can't compare Galore as construction costs doubled which I am pretty confident will not happen to Schaft.

It is pretty apparent not all feasibilty studies are the same.
