Thanks for posting this. Was this Teck agreement filed on sedar?

I think I misread one of the technical reports which I thought required Teck to fund forward the 1x, 3x, or 4x expenditure upon giving notice for exercising its back-in rights. That would have been quite a large commitment at this stage.

Also when/if Teck does give notice of exercising its back-in rights it doesn't look like they need to declare their intended % (20%, 40%, or 75%).

Is there any downside for Teck if it elects to exercise its back-in rights versus walking away? I guess they forfiet the 1% NSR or $1M in shares but otherwise they don't seem to be committing to much.
