In that case Teck has realistically no other option than taking the whole thing or walking of course. I can't see them risking it all on the 4 year rule, they can take 100% now at a much cheaper level and take all the time needed to do what they want. Hell, they can take the time they need to prove up the metals then turn around and sell it all for a hefty proffit.
