It is a weak BFS because its IRR is just above 8% and the economics are significantly worse than what people expected from the PFS. Just to clarify the BFS is not Schaft Creek it is just a proposed mine plan for Schaft Creek published to a FS standard.

This doesn't mean the project isn't strong and of strategic importance to a major like Teck. My point was it will be hard to get third parties interested and a Teck partnership is more important than ever.
