I have to say I was surprised to see that he was banned; however, one message he posted suggested that Ernesto would take Copper Fox private and that retail investors would get 20 cents a share. He seemed to be quite serious despite the fact that other posters have exposed this for the nonsense it is.

I was thinking about this response last night and I think why so many people are upset by the banning (25 people didn't like it) is that it is total and final with no appeal and no explanations. I am not saying that his post and other posts like it shouldn't be removed but it is a dramatic move to ban his whole account. If the person is otherwise contributing to the board, can't we have a system of a few muligans? Why can't we have a process where were we educate our members on what isn't appropriate to say? In this way we can grow as a community.
