JohnnyAugust, for some time I have felt, and posted, that we have a deal, in principal, and are accomodating Teck to help them get to where they want to be to close the deal.

Their share price has gone up lately and now I could see us getting 1 Tck share for 15 Cuu plus $1, or whatever, plus a JV to explore more.

An interesting thought is, in the event of a buy out, what happens to all the money that will flow into Cuu's treasury when all the options and warrants get exercised. it's many millions.

I had Verenex when it was taken out and the cash was distributed to the shareholders. it would give a small, 10c or so, boost to the T/O price if it happened here. failing that, if the cash flowed to Cuu2 it would also add a similar value to us. it all helps, time will tell.......chunky
