If TCK is going to buy us out (by acquiring all the os shares), then it really doesn't matter if the liard shares are transferred to CUU. TCK just get them back from us on acquisition. No?

Yes, they'll just buy them back. I have to assume they put Elmer on the board of Liard because they knew that he would be getting those shares one day. They did not seem to have any intention of buying us out before the feasibility was released and the Liard shares transferred.
