Seeing that I read there are opinions of a spin off company I got thinking with an idea of a Tck stock offering, a buy out or Tck shares. What are your thoughts. Personally I do not want a spin off company share as partial payment. Predicting many of us longs are prepared to sell I see no immediate value in a JV company. I anticipate a falling knife stock price in any JV offering It's hard to catch a falling knife. Seeing there was sunshine today we are in good spirits I would like to hear the boards thoughts.
