I've felt for some time that there is a great deal to consider in the negotiation such as the land in and outside of the "area of interest", the hydro, the port agreement, etc. There is just so much on the table which is Teck will have to work through that they are not readily entitled to under the terms of the agreement that it makes me feel strongly they simply cannot low-ball us. Rumour has it the Ernesto is an experienced negotiator and will likely be on the negotiating team.
