I was sorta surprised at his view on that requirement
I think what is even more significann about the cited Paragraph 15.1 of the Salazar agreement though, is the last sentence:
"It is understood that the parties agree to use their best efforts to settle in good faith and execute such a definitive agreement which will replace and supercede this agreement"
If this can be interpreted to also be a required action within 60 days of the BFS delivery, I would expect a lot of the issues, like the 4 years to production, disposition constraints on the Liard shares, limits on CUU's ability to assign the agreement and who would run the JV to be addressed in this document
...and I would expect there to be a negotiated price for any relief from any of the terms that miighr be troublesome to Teck
...and I agree that I hope none of this matters in a day or two
